Garansi Produk

Garansi ini diberikan setelah pelanggan memenuhi semua syarat dan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh SOULOVEPEARL.

Garansi hanya berlaku di wilayah Republik Indonesia.

Untuk produk dengan garansi resmi dari produsen, SOULOVEPEARL hanya dapat membantu dengan klaim garansi (dengan syarat garansi masih berlaku dan pelanggan menyertakan kartu garansi serta struk pembelian).

Garansi tidak berlaku jika:

• Faktur asli dan kartu garansi rusak, hilang, atau tidak dapat ditunjukkan.

• Nomor seri produk rusak, hilang, atau terdapat tanda atau tulisan tangan di atasnya.

• Segel yang distempel setelah perbaikan produk cacat, rusak, atau telah dibuka selama masa garansi.

• Produk telah dibongkar oleh pihak lain selain penyedia garansi.

• Produk yang dibeli adalah produk obral cuci gudang (clearance sale), stok terakhir (last stock), atau barang pajangan (display).

• Kerusakan disebabkan oleh hewan atau serangga seperti cicak, tikus, dan sebagainya.

• Produk rusak akibat kesalahan pemasangan atau penggunaan, kecelakaan, terjatuh, bencana alam, tersambar petir, terkena cairan, perubahan tegangan listrik, dan sebagainya.

Product Warranty

This warranty is granted after the customer fulfills all terms and conditions set by SOULOVEPEARL.

The warranty is only valid within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

For products with an official manufacturer's warranty, SOULOVEPEARL can only assist with the warranty claim (provided the warranty is still valid and the customer includes the warranty card and purchase receipt).

The warranty is not valid if:

• The original invoice and warranty card are damaged, lost, or cannot be shown.

• The product serial number is damaged, lost, or has markings or handwriting on it.

• The seal stamped after a product repair is defective, damaged, or has been opened during the warranty period.

• The product has been disassembled by a party other than the warranty provider.

• The purchased product is a clearance sale, last stock, or display item.

• The damage is caused by animals or insects such as lizards, mice, and so on.

• The product is damaged due to incorrect installation or use, accidents, falls, natural disasters, lightning strikes, exposure to liquids, electrical voltage changes, and so on.

Pembatalan, Pengembalian, dan Penukaran Produk

Pembatalan transaksi hanya dapat dilakukan apabila produk belum dikirim oleh www.soulovepearl.com. Setiap transaksi yang dibatalkan akan dikenakan denda pembatalan sebesar Rp. 100.000,-. Pembatalan transaksi hanya bisa dilakukan melalui telepon ke 08111 1686912.

Keluhan dan klaim terkait pesanan Anda harus dilaporkan kepada SOULOVEPEARL dalam waktu 1 x 24 jam (satu kali dua puluh empat jam) sejak Anda menerima bukti transaksi dan produk.

Product Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Transaction cancellations can only be made if the product has not been shipped by www.soulovepearl.com. A cancellation fee of IDR 100,000 will be charged for any canceled transaction. Transaction cancellations can only be made by phone at +6281111686912.

Complaints and claims regarding your order must be reported to SOULOVEPEARL within 1 x 24 hours (one time twenty-four hours) from the moment you receive the transaction receipt and the product.

"Items that have been purchased cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the contents of the package are different from what was ordered."

Kebijakan Penukaran dan Klaim

Barang yang ditukar harus sudah kami terima paling lambat 2x24 jam hari kerja sejak klaim diajukan. Untuk pengiriman dari luar kota, tanggal yang tertera pada stempel pos/kurir akan menjadi acuan. Barang yang diterima melebihi batas waktu ini akan dikenakan biaya pembatalan sebesar Rp20.000 per hari.

soulovepearl.com hanya bisa menerima kembali barang pesanan yang dalam kondisi utuh, dengan segel yang tidak rusak, dan tidak ada kerusakan fisik pada kemasannya.

soulovepearl.com tidak akan memproses klaim pelanggan atas transaksi online yang terjadi akibat penyalahgunaan kartu kredit. Pelanggan bertanggung jawab penuh atas kepemilikan kartu kredit tersebut.

Returns and Claims Policy

Exchanged items must be received a maximum of 2x24 working hours from the date the claim is submitted. For outside the city, the postmark/courier stamp date will be used. Items received after this deadline will be subject to a cancellation fee of IDR 20,000 per day.

soulovepearl.com can only accept returned items in an intact condition, with the seal undamaged, and no physical damage to the packaging.

soulovepearl.com will not handle customer claims for online transactions that occurred due to credit card misuse. The customer is fully responsible for the ownership of the credit card.

Gambaran dan Kondisi Produk

Harga Produk dan Konfirmasi Pembelian/Pembayaran

Harga produk yang harus dibayarkan adalah sebagaimana yang tercantum pada keranjang belanja dan/atau faktur pesanan (halaman pembayaran). Jika terjadi perubahan harga, maka harga yang berlaku adalah harga yang sesuai dengan informasi total belanja yang ditampilkan di halaman pembayaran.

Antisipasi Penyalahgunaan Kartu Kredit pada Transaksi Online
